These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RR Code Solutions website and your purchase or use of our digital products, source code, software, websites, Telegram bots, Telegram Mini Apps, automation systems, API integrations, development, deployment, hosting, maintenance, support and related digital services.

RR Code Solutions may provide ready-made source code and digital products, Telegram bots, Telegram Mini Apps, websites and web applications, automation systems, API integrations, dashboards, UI/UX design, custom software development, installation, deployment, hosting, maintenance, technical support and other related digital services.

3. Website Use

• You must use this website only for lawful purposes.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, servers or systems.
• You must not interfere with website security, availability or normal operation.
• You must not use the website to distribute malware, conduct fraud, abuse services or violate applicable law.

4. Customer Accounts

• You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You must not use another person's account without authorization.
• You should notify us if you reasonably believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
• We may suspend or restrict an account involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or a material violation of these Terms.

Ready-made source code and other digital products are supplied according to the product description, listed features, compatibility information, requirements and applicable license terms shown at the time of purchase. Customers should review this information before completing a purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing source code does not transfer ownership of RR Code Solutions' underlying intellectual property and does not automatically grant a right to resell, redistribute or publicly publish the source code.

6. License and Intellectual Property

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, RR Code Solutions retains ownership of its original source code, designs, documentation, graphics, branding and other intellectual property.

• You may use a purchased product only within the license or usage rights provided with that product.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or share source code unless the applicable license expressly permits it.
• You may not remove copyright, attribution or license notices where the applicable license requires them to remain.
• Exclusive ownership, transfer of intellectual property or custom licensing must be agreed separately in writing.

7. Custom Development

Custom development is performed according to the requirements and scope agreed with the customer. The project scope may include features, integrations, design requirements, deliverables, estimated timelines, revisions and pricing.

Requirements or features requested after the agreed scope may require additional development time and payment. We may confirm the additional scope and price with the customer before proceeding.

8. Customer-Provided Content and Materials

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any content, text, images, videos, trademarks, domains, databases, software, API credentials or other materials supplied to RR Code Solutions for a project.

You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of customer-provided materials and instructions.

9. Payments and Pricing

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown on the website, checkout page, quotation or otherwise agreed with the customer. Payment may be required in full, as an advance, or through project milestones depending on the applicable product or service.

We may pause development, delivery, deployment or support where required payments remain overdue. Any applicable taxes, third-party charges or other costs will be handled according to the applicable quotation, checkout information and law.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. The payment provider may apply its own terms, privacy policy, processing procedures and security requirements.

A successful payment does not automatically mean that a custom project has been completed or that additional agreed project obligations have been satisfied.

11. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products may be delivered through a customer account, download area, email, Telegram, private link, hosting environment or another digital method communicated at purchase.

Delivery times for custom projects depend on the agreed scope, requirements, customer feedback, access to required resources and third-party dependencies.

12. Installation, Deployment, Hosting and Maintenance

Installation, server configuration, deployment, migration, hosting, maintenance, domain, SSL and related technical services are provided according to the applicable service arrangement.

Third-party infrastructure, hosting providers, domain registrars, APIs and other external services may have their own availability, pricing, limitations and policies.

13. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements.
• Provide required content, approvals, access and feedback in a timely manner.
• Maintain appropriate backups of your own important data unless backup services have been expressly agreed.
• Ensure that your intended use of the product or service is lawful.
• Protect passwords, API keys, bot tokens, hosting credentials and other sensitive credentials.
• Maintain any third-party accounts required for your project unless account management has been expressly agreed with us.

14. Telegram, APIs and Third-Party Platforms

Some products and services depend on Telegram, payment gateways, hosting providers, APIs, app stores, domain providers or other third-party platforms. Changes to third-party APIs, policies, pricing, availability, account restrictions or technical infrastructure may affect functionality.

RR Code Solutions cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms and is not responsible for changes or outages outside our reasonable control.

15. Support and Updates

Support, bug fixes and updates are provided according to the product or service package purchased. Unless expressly included, support does not automatically include unlimited new features, major redesigns, unrelated custom development, third-party platform changes or new integrations.

16. Prohibited Use

You must not use our products or services for fraud, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized access, malware distribution, harassment, abuse, spam, unlawful surveillance, or any other activity that violates applicable law or the rules of a third-party platform.

RR Code Solutions may refuse or discontinue a request where we reasonably believe the requested use would be unlawful, abusive, unsafe or contrary to applicable platform rules.

17. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customers should review that policy before purchasing a digital product or engaging us for a development service.

18. Warranty and Availability

We aim to provide products and services substantially as described. Unless a separate written warranty is provided, digital products and software are supplied on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that every product will work with every server, hosting environment, device, third-party API, Telegram configuration or future platform version. Where a compatibility requirement is important, customers should confirm it before purchase or development.

19. Intellectual Property of Customer Materials

Subject to any separate written agreement, customers retain their rights in original materials they provide to us. By providing such materials, you grant RR Code Solutions permission to use them only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.

20. Confidentiality

We will treat non-public project information shared for the purpose of providing services with reasonable care. Customers should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information. Where a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement is required, it should be agreed separately in writing.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RR Code Solutions will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or third-party losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Where legally applicable, our liability will be limited to the amount actually paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account, product or service where there is fraud, abuse, unlawful use, unauthorized redistribution, payment fraud, security risk or a material breach of these Terms.

Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, intellectual-property restrictions, confidentiality obligations and provisions relating to liability.

23. Force Majeure and External Events

We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including major internet or hosting outages, third-party platform failures, natural disasters, government actions, widespread cyber incidents or other events that prevent normal service delivery.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology or applicable requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

25. Applicable Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer right, remedy or protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
